Doña Chonita Mole Verde - a highlight for the Mexican kitchen!

The Mole Verde, as the name already says is green. Tomatillo, pumpkin seeds and Poblano chilies give the basis for this delicacy. Jalapeno, Cilantro and other spices are responsible for a great taste.
The great thing about our Mole is that it comes ready to use to your home. Simply cut open and put to the meat in the pana and let rest for a couple of minutes - done!
