The pesto is ideal with potatoes, pasta dishes, as a spread, addition to salad dressings, for grill marinades, for dips or to refine sauces, soups and stews.
Wild bear's garlic in raw food quality - wild bear's garlic is painstakingly harvested by hand in certified wild collections in unspoilt nature, including the Bavarian Rhön and the Bavarian Alps at altitudes of up to 1,300 m. Afterwards, the bear's garlic is gently processed using a special procedure that guarantees the quality of the raw vegetables. In addition, the pestos are not heated, so that the valuable ingredients and the full taste are preserved.
The seaweed is harvested above the Arctic Circle in the North Atlantic in clean waters.
The pesto can be kept for at least 24 months after production (see BBD imprint on lid or side rim).

Please store in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in the refrigerator covered with oil. Consume within 8 weeks after opening.
