Even from when you open the bottle the garlic aroma unfolds - this can only be overcome by its fine taste. Produced from sea salt from Majorcan saline and enhanced with dried Majorcan garlic. In opposition to the standard garlic salts, you can taste, see and feel the garlic in our Fleur de Sal with Garlic. Spanish sea salt is a pure natural product, rich in trace minerals and mineral substances. The traditional extraction of the sea salt from saline is still done by hand. In our manufactory, the freshly granulated garlic is folded in and sent to us on the 'next sea breeze'. Our garlic sea salt is fit for all dishes that are served with salt and garlic. All sorts of grilled meat, steaks or lamb can be seasoned directly after taking off the grill. After roasting just put on the steak... very tasty! Vanessa's tip: garlic salt butter - let a stick of butter soften at room temperature, mix the garlic Fleur de Sal in with a fork (to taste) and put back in the refrigerator. For seasoning a normal butter sandwich or as a topping for steak! Important for those heat lovers out there: not hot! Not recommended for those who have a date in the same day :)
