Origin:
At Azada, Arbequina olives are grown in Catalonia (the northern region of Spain) using organic farming methods. There the olives get a lot of sun for months until they are ripe. In November each year the local farmers harvest the olives by hand and bring them to the company's own mill where they are pressed.
