As a cuvée, the discerning wine lover here knows blends of different grape varieties - from individual flavors, finely tuned to each other - to create exciting new flavor compositions.
At Pepperworld we came up with the idea of applying this procedure to hot sauce.
For our cuvee sauces sun-ripened chilies from outdoor cultivation were selected and combined in an optimal balance of the different flavors and heats. Here, different flavors of Tropical Red Habanero, Scotch Bonnet, Fatalii and Tabasco chilli meet, carefully matched with an Italian cider vinegar.
Even on the gold-embossed label you can see that Pepperworld Chili Cuvée sauces are something very special. This is also in the sense of the word a tasteful gift to yourself or friends.
