Many regard Melinda as the “inventor” of the Habanero sauces. Their Caribbean creations have been produced for a few years under the direction of an American company, using the original recipes. In case you are familiar with other Melinda sauces from Costa Rica, you should also try this variant with Scotch Bonnets, the fiery Caribbean relative of the Habaneros. Universally used for spicing up dishes, whether at the table or while cooking, and also very tasty as a grill sauce. When mixed with some horseradish it becomes a great cocktail sauce for fondue, for dipping or for seafood!
